Sarungano” vs. “Happy Again”: Social Media Users Spar Over Whether Jah Prayzah’s New Song is a Rip-Off or Not
Jah Prayzah’s latest release “Sarungano” has caused a stir on social media, with some fans suggesting that the song sounds strikingly similar to Winky D’s hit song “Happy Again”. This has sparked a debate among Zimbabwean music fans, with some accusing Jah Prayzah of copying Winky D’s signature sound.
Winky D fans on social media began to mock Jah Prayzah, claiming that “Sarungano” was simply a remix of “Happy Again”.Some have suggested that Jah Prayzah is a big fan of Winky D and was inspired by him to become a musician.
However, Jah Prayzah’s fans have hit back, arguing that there are no similarities between the two songs and that Winky D’s “Happy Again” actually sounds like Jah Prayzah’s own hit song “Jerusalema”.
