Marc Agnifilo, who is the attorney for the American rapper and music executive Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has clarified the recent discovery of 1,000 bottles of baby oil at his client’s Beverly Hills mansion during a raid by federal officials in March.
Federal agents had claimed that the large quantity of baby oil was intended for use in orgies referred to as “freak offs.” However, in a new documentary from TMZ Studios titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Agnifilo contended that the baby oil was meant for family use, emphasizing Diddy’s preference for bulk purchases due to the size of his home.
“He has a big house and buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home,” Agnifilo explained.
The attorney further clarified that Diddy’s “Freak Offs” typically involved threesomes with Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another male, rather than the orgies suggested by federal authorities.
According to reports from the Daily Post, Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security on suspicion of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution.
He has denied all charges, entering a not-guilty plea on September 17.
Despite his pleas, Diddy’s requests for bail have been denied twice, and he has reportedly been placed on suicide watch as his trial proceeds.
