The leader of Johane Marange Apostolic Church, the self-proclaimed High Priest St Noah Taguta Momberume was laid to rest in Marange this Wednesday
Momberume died on Sunday afternoon aged 82 years.
He was buried today in Marange at their church’s shrine in a state-assisted funeral.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s eulogy was read by Nokuthula Matsikenyere, the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution in charge of Manicaland Province.
Tino Machakaire, Deputy Minister of Youth, Sport, Art and Recreation was also in attendance together with thousands of other mourners.
