First wife denies hubby conjugal rights – demands HIV test – Talent Zanova, a man practising polygamy from Harare, has been taking his first wife, Comfort Kanota, to court for denying him conjugal rights over the years.
According to the Standard, in court, Zanova claimed that Kanota not only refused him lula lula but also denied him access to their shared home, forcing him to sleep in his car whenever he visited. He accused Kanota of punishing him for taking a second wife.
However, Kanota denied her husband’s allegations and had her reasons for denying him the right to sex. According to her, Zanova refused to take an HIV test, which was a prerequisite for any sexual encounter with her.
Kanota also accused Zanova of trying to force himself on her, which led her to lock him outside of the house.
